Why there is no customer here yet
A case goes up anonymously — no name, no figures, no screenshots of the business. But anonymous is not enough: the customer reads the exact text that would go out first, and says yes or no. Nobody has read it yet, so there is nobody here.

A booking site for people who work by appointment: with the business's own name, its own words and an address of its own, rather than an entry in some platform's directory. It is not commissioned work — I built it on my own account, and it is free.
